the priority parameter (-P) is actually set and applicable to realtime 
scheduling mode only--it just doesn't apply when coreaudio backend 
(macosx) is in charge; should be fine with portaudio (windows) though.

well, you can write any value you want in that port maximum entry field: 
it's an editable combo-box thus not restricted to those dropdown-list 
values.
