I created a MIDI track with Hive specified.  Pressing the online
keyboard gives sound, but no dice regarding an external MIDI keyboard.
qjackctl has no Hive in sight (using 'a2j_control ehw start') so the
only MIDI input routing is from Ardour where this MIDI track shows the
USB ProKeys 88 all right, which is selected as input.  Still, no
triggering of Hive from the external keyboard.
