[LAU] trying to build LinuxSampler

Looks like going to SVN died quicker.  Libgig and Liblscp still build
fine from SVN, then on LinuxSampler, bang.  Looks like I'm going to be
doing SoundFonts and hardware samplers for awhile.  :)

Good. Now type 'make' to compile, followed by 'make install' as root.
