[LAU] 8 balanced out interface suggestions

Or the PreSonus AudioBox1818VSL which has 8 balanced outs as well as 
ADAT i/o and uses USB 2.0. Something like this would be very flexible. 
Would I be likely to run into problems on Linux with this?
