Yes, it requires an account. However, is there any bug tracker that
doesn't require an account? Without the need to be subscribed a lot of
"bug reports" would be penis enlargement advertisings ;).

OT: With Ubuntu One it's possible to have one account for several
"things". While for Arch Linux I have individual accounts for several
"things", I just need one for the bug tracker, Wiki and help of Ubuntu,
but OTOH a login is terrible slow by this one account for all approach.
