[LAU] Run Nekobee as VST

Talked to Filipe in IRC, he suggested to do a long scan (by default FL
Studio did the fast and safe one). Now Nekobi is in Generators (although it
is in Effects too, possibly because FLStudio does not read plugins, but
actually looks them up in a database).
