[LAU] everything stops after 2.1GB

Eventhough, I seem to re all downloading bigger files, I executed the
above command with the expected result of a 3.1GB file. So the system is
sane in that respect.
Thanks for giving it a shot. It is appreciated, as has been with every
suggestion made by all the other posters.
