[LAU] Sub-harmonic generator? (LADSPA or VST)

DONE, but...

You know what ? 

I'm disapointed ! 
I dont feel that I have more Bass 

Here is what I did Low PASS filtering + Harmonic shifter (one octave) + MIX
to the unmodified Signal

May be a matter of settings ???? 

Any idea ?
