Found it.  I use the jack sink module in the original system so that
every audio just works with the 1010LT output, Bitwig, Mixbus, vlc,
firefox, opera, etc...

jackd is started by ricochet when pulseaudio loads module-jack-sink
and module-jack-source.  It will then look at ~/.jackdrc.  The
following lines are added to /etc/pulse/default.pa to enable the use of
the jack sink and source for pulseaudio:

load-module module-jack-sink
load-module module-jack-source

Removing those lines and rebooting will not have jackd automatically
running, I checked it.
