[LAU] FOSS DAW recommendations

I don't know what to tell you.  People all over the world do this exact
procedure all the time.  In Protools or Logic or Reaper or whatever, they
all essentially work the same way.  If you have some stereo audio and you
want access to the individual mono files you right click on the thing and
separate it in to it's component parts.  Then you do whatever you want with
those parts.

What workflow are you expecting?
