Antenna cable empty conduit are usually a minor issue, compared with the
even triple-glazed window leak. However, the main pitfall is material
property + design of the building. As already pointed out, a new
building is something like a thinner version of a high-rise bunker, by
default quite good, but laminate flooring could ruin the advantage. Old
builduings with a wooden ceiling/floor, instead of concrete, are plain
resonators.
