here a 2-point rule-to-kill-them'all:

- when on JACK2, use a2jmidid -e; forget -Xwhatever; you've been warned,
probably way too many times ;)...
- when on JACK1, use -Xalsamidi (ie. integrated a2jmidid in jackd, as
Paul's referred to...);
