[LAU] Variable time-stretching/pitch shifting for the commandline

Hey hey,
I'm looking for a tool which can do time stretching and pitch shifting (within
moderation!) on the commandline, preferrably not using FFT, because of the
artefacts.

Use case: create a kind of a DJ set with slight key/tempo modifications. Since
I have no experience with this whatsoever and don't want to become a DJ, I
think I wouldn't want to work with general speeding up and slowing down of
songs. This, I think would require a bigger selection of songs and a very good
knowledge or database of all their respective tempos and keys to properly
fade.

If you can think of anything useful, I'd appreciate it very much.

Best wishes,

Jeanette
