[LAU] Service/user not using PulseAudio

no, a pulse config directory is created in /var/lib/asterisk/.config/

the entry for asterisk in /etc/passwd is:

asterisk:x:124:130:Asterisk PBX 
daemon,,,:/var/lib/asterisk:/usr/sbin/nologin
