We bought 10 Logitech HD Webcam C525 for a RPi project last year and they have 
served us well. Slightly more expensive compared to C310.

I checked here first to see that it's compatible with RPi and low power. Not 
that you asked for that info but I think it's a good compilation about webcams 
for linux (raspian).
