Sadly no, more to the contrary. By all appearances it looks as if 
they're mostly trying to swipe the whole fact (protocols being 
incompatible) under the carpet. The protocol being different and 
undocumented isn't mentioned anywhere at all in the product pages except 
between the lines, and any inquiries to even the general direction seem 
to be met with deadly silence. In the last couple of months the deadly 
silence has fallen over their entire forum so dunno :-/
