[LAU] Minimalist telephone interview setup

Hey Alf!

Thank you for sharing your setup.

Have you looked into using OBS <https://obsproject.com/> for this? It
offers very convenient audio routing, even without using JACK. In the past
I used all sorts of complicated setups, but now I simply fire up OBS and
off I go. Especially if people can use an online solution and not a phone -
you'd be all set!
