it's a disco funk cover of Bach's F minor prelude from the Well Tempered 
Clavier, Book II (BWV 881A):

This is a pure Linux, in the box, production using LinuxSampler, Yoshimi and 
Fluidsynth with many, many lovely LADSPA plugins. The processing was copied 
from the earlier Dance on four, with only slight modifications.
