This is mostly LinuxSampler with a touch of Yoshimi and of course setBfree. 
The lyrics you'll find at the end of this mail, in case you'd want to. :)

It took a lot of production, but no special tools. It's a melting pot of 
reverb with jconvolver for short ambiences, zita-reverb, g2verb and TAP plate 
2x2.
