I'm all for having Erik involved. According to this record sleeve I
have here, he died in 1925 which I think means his work is out of
copyright. If we play any copyrighted music on the stand we have to
have a performance licence, which - you guessed it - costs extra.
His early stuff is definatly out of copyright (Gymnopedies and Gnossiennes
were pre- 1900) - I think the cutoff is 1923 (its the creation date of the
The Mouse), but I should check that.
If we play his later stuff people will think the s/w is buggy anyway :)
