I agree with the first part, but short of a moderator the list should be
blocked or removed.
There are various downstream channels that automatically source LAA and
rely on the fact that it's SPAM free and announcement only.
It is unacceptable that some legitimate announcements
are blocked,
while only some friends are allowed to send messages to the list.
I agree with that. There should be no dedicated whitelist.
