So, it's official now. I have just received the ACCEPTED mail from the
ftpmasters, which means that csound should be available in your local debian
mirror real soon now (ie, as soon as it gets autobuilt and the mirrors
synched).
Ubuntu will follow soon too.
I'm using Debian Sid, and got this from somehwere:
csound 1:4.23f13-1.1
Last changelog entry for this package is Tue, 20 Mar 2007 15:55:27 -0700, so it looks like
it's been in Debian for over a year now.
Glad it's been updated though. I'll have to try it out again.
