IIUC the management list is low volume, private and
only meant to be
used for important decision making. General discussion takes place on
the consotium list.

Thanks for the clarification! If this is the case, then I will refrain from
posting anything on the management list until we get to the voting part. As
of right now, all these are up for discussion, so general membership
participation is highly encouraged.
