Relaying some great news from Felipe Sateler, on
debian csound packaging.
Felipe has been working hard to create an
official debian package for Csound
and it seems like he succeeded.

So, it's official now. I have just received the
ACCEPTED mail from the
ftpmasters, which means that csound should be
available in your local debian
mirror real soon now (ie, as soon as it gets
autobuilt and the mirrors
synched).
Ubuntu will follow soon too.
