Here's an archive containing the background image plus an
SVG incorporating 4th version.
The black frame is the cover size, outside is bleed. For the
final version this has to be changed to cutting marks, of
course.
Both textlines have a blurred copy underneath, which is a
current Inkscape svn (post 0.44) feature. Older versions
should just render it sharp, I think.
At the right is a list of font suggestions, once using
the fonts and once converted to vectors for if the fonts
are not available. Havn't checked any font licenses, but
these should be from common 'free' packages.
