Given that Tim was one who was maintaining the site, I am inclined to give him a bit of a grace period before taking the project away from him and giving it to you. In addition, I am currently out of town and thus not in the best position to coordinate any kind of significant undertaking. Hence, if you don't mind, let's try giving Tim until next week to see if he is going to pick up the ball on this one and if not, at that point we can reconnect and figure out what may be the best way for you to contribute/takeover this responsibility.
