Hi again, another question:
Most of my software / daw's is working fine with JACK, even without native jack support.
Now I was experimenting with Flux's Spat Revolution, which doesn't seem to work with JACK.
Now I found out that Reavolution (Flux's modified version of Reaper) does not work with JACK, while Reaper works fine.
With both, Spat and Reavolution, I get the following errors (in former versions of Spat it simply crashed when selecting JACK as audio engine):
Cannot connect to named pipe = \\.\pipe\client_jack_SpatRevolution-x64_0 err = 5
Cannot connect client pipe
Cannot connect to client name = SpatRevolution-x64
Cannot open client
Cannot connect to named pipe = \\.\pipe\client_jack_reaper_0 err = 5
Cannot connect client pipe
Cannot connect to client name = reaper
Cannot open client
Now I am wondering, why Reaper is working, but Reavolution not.
Is there something that can be done to get this working? Or is it hopeless and I should stop investigating?
Thanks a lot!
