I tried to do /python setup.py/ and /python timebase_master.py/ in a command line but I had some error message: for /python timebase_master.py :/

python timebase_master.py
   File "timebase_master.py", line 15
     def __init__(self, name, *, bpm=120.0, beats_per_bar=4, beat_type=4,
                               ^
SyntaxError: invalid syntax

You need to use Python 3. You can install the scripts with "python3 setup.py install", but you can also just run timebase_master.p directly from the root of project:

     $ python3 transport/timebase_master.py --help
