I don't know the origin of the drum loop,

Youtube has an automated content matching system, which is known for giving occasional false positives, like someone trying to claim bird song field recordings as music off an album, or in my case one of the more notable is one of the videos where I had a wireless mic short out, and the brief period of pops, crackles, etc. apparently matched a recording of 'Burning Down the House'.

So probably what happened is that it came up with a match in the automated system, whether it is correct or not I don't know.  You can say you disagree with it should you choose through Youtube's interface, and give a reason.  It may or may not make much difference, so think about it carefully.
