Same exact question.

I think the line "standalone/vst-plugin library for linux/win32", which I found on the google code website is significant.  I think it might be a library to host vst plugins?  But the standalone part doesn't quite make sense.  I'm not sure what it does on it's own.  Some  clarification might be useful.

Pardon my ignorance, it's not clear from the website or overview, but
what does this library do? Is it a DSP library?
