I think having several options is the best idea. Having a Linux Audio or smth like that on YouTube, archive.org, a user on Soundcloud.

Soundcloud no longer has groups, They removed then with no discussion and very
little warning a couple of years ago.

Youtube is a flytrap and slowly increasing it's use of forced advertising.

'Easier' is not necessarily 'Better' :(
