It's the current source from bzr, with some minor fixes to get it to
build properly. I haven't tried it on 9.04, but on 10.04, it compiles
cleanly and I'm yet to see it crash -- hopefully it'll work as well for
you.

Thanks very much for this - for the first time I am looking at seq24 and it works on Ubuntu 9.04! Wow!
I am really happy!

Will have to look at your tutorial now - for the moment seq24 does not appear in patchage, even when I tell it to connect to JACK.
