He did things very early, when the technology was in its infancy.  The
music and interpretations he created were always in very good taste -- and
very very hard to do at the time.  He was a true pioneer whose memory
deserves the highest respect.

Many spanish people would always remember his beautiful version of Arabesco #1, as it was the music for a TV program for kids years ago. I guess some of the discovered later that it was a Debussy version and maybe started to review classic music.
