Anyone else unable to reach this?
I've been trying though the afternoon, but each time, after a very long delay
end up with just a blank page - not even an error message :(
Same here - thier "home" for the university is also offline by the looks: www.univ-st-etienne.fr
I guess they'll find out (if they don't already) and fix asap, -Harry
