Oh man, the government just can't keep it's hands off of anything, can it.
I guess soon they will pass a law as to how often you can visit a toilet.

I'll be happy to hear how you feel if one of these guys sets up his amp before
your shop/office and starts blearing the same song all day, ad
infinitum. Or would
less restrictive gun laws allow you to deal with this problem on your own?
I'm reminded of the Antwerp city law that requires you to have 2 poop
bags per dog you
walk. Reason:
1) If you don't require people to clean up the dog shit most are happy
to leave the business
in front of your door.
2) If you don't control and fine people won't give a fuck and happily
let fido get on with his business
anywhere
3) If you control and people and they don't have a bag they will just
lie, say that fido is empty and the
bag was already used
So big brother is already watching dogs poop -- do we want to start a
civil disobedience campaign?

Any law whatsoever is using a gun against a person. If you do not obey the
law,
they will have you fined. If you do not pay the fine, they will imprison
you. If you
run away, they will shoot you. So any law in principle is using force
against someone
who has not done so to you.
If you believe that the only way to solve problems is to point guns at
people - then I do not agree. But then
again, if you believe in using guns, then of course my disagreement is yet
another
reason to force me to obey, right?

Tthis is like a reverse stepping stone
theory. We need to make posters

You can disagree all you want. Just don't

but given the relative abundance of sane people that should not be a problem.

In Germany the cities have different laws for music in the streets. On
television I saw that in Munich they each day, early in the morning need
to go to an audition at a department. If an officer likes the music and
there are not to much other musicians that are already allowed to play
in the street, it's possible to get a license. I don't remember if the
license is gratis, IIRC the musicians need to pay for it. When making
music they have to display the license clearly visible.
I don't know the law for my hometown, but I've never seen a musician
display a license clearly visible.
I can understand that there are laws for music in the streets. I hope
they would expand those laws regarding to people listening to 4 to the
flour in cars. If I'm listening to music in my flat and such a car
passes by, I can't hear the music I'm listening too, at this moment, I
only can hear the car's music. This isn't an ironically overstatement,
this really happens. They've got PA systems in their cars and they make
contests who has got the loudest car HiFi.
And really, I won't be forced to listen to El Cóndor Pasa all the day,
when there are three different Bands from Peru, each playing this song
most of the times, in one and the same street.

Another solution perhaps might be to have no repertoire at all. That's what
Audiobraille did; everything was improvised, so we couldn't play the same song twice
