Matthias has included a very cool patch for AMS called
example_ams_demo.ams (shameless plug since I wrote it :)  which
demonstrates quantizer use. Load it, listen to it and muck with the
settings and you'll get a good idea of the kinds of things that you can do
with it. AMS is a very versatile and fun to play with synth program.
