No, it just does conversion towards the juno-106 in the form of exposing an 
alsa-sequencer in & out port which you then can connect to the apropriate 
hardware midi port with a tool like kaconnect or qjackctl. This is what I 
needed it for only. For other simple sysex using synths the code could be 
easially changed.

I just checked the code again and actually I only implemented the controllers 
towards sysex conversion:
[sequencer program]--->[juno_rose]--->[juno-106]

soo I guess this is not what the original poster wanted.

Seems like a shame though to use a beautiful vintage juno-106 as a controller 
instead of the other way around :)
