You can even replace the ogg file with the url and not
even have to download it:

ecasound -i 
http://www.telefonica.net/web2/pinojazz/after_the_pain.ogg
   -o after_the_pain.mp3



For those of you with mp3 players:
 
ecasound -i after_the_pain.ogg -o after_the_pain.mp3
