You'r eprobably right, but he's not the only one who see's this
problem. We see it on three machines here, an FC2 box and two Gentoo
machines. Gnome does have some issues with logout which sometimes
require and Alt-Ctrl-Backspace...

That said, I'm using Gnome for my music stuff, but possibly going back
to fluxbox.
