I tried to build on Ubuntu dapper whithout ladcca. configure did not
complain but alas:
 running make failed with /synthi/vam/Makefile.am:6: Libtool library
used but ?LIBTOOL` is undefined

it started to complain about such undefined variables with the file
muse/arranger/Makefile.am:3 libraryused but ?RANLIB` is undefined

Howto set AC_PROG_LIBTOOL and AC_PROG_RANLIB ?
