I use the reply-list button for mailinglists, but for some reason, it's
not showing up on all mails. It seems it's based on which person wrote
the message (in fact it would be which mailer they're using and/or how
it's configured). It even seems to be be depending on whether they
started a thread or posted inside a thread or even who wrote the message
they're replying to.

Strange indeed. So far my approach has been to use reply-list when
possible, otherwise use reply-all...

NB: This mail was initiated by reply-list.
