It is not, but it is so easy to install that I definitely would try
this before going to the hazzle to compile your own real time one.
try and then run the realTimeConfigQuickScan

solves your issue.

all you need to do is:
(assuming a directory where there is no other .deb file in)

http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.18.7-vivid/linux-headers-3.18.7-031807_3.18.7-031807.201502110759_all.deb

sudo dpkg -i *.deb

then reboot.
