An implementation of the continuous Risset scale gives me the confidence to
announce this suite of LADSPA plugins. Thanks to Steve Harris for his
invaluable contributions to the design and implementation.

Also, if any XMMS LADSPA users lurk on this list, a bugfixed version is now
available from my home page along with all my Linux audio software.
