[LAA] lv2-c++-tools 1.0.6 released

lv2-c++-tools 1.0.6 has been released.

lv2-c++-tools is a set of libraries and tools for writing LV2 plugins in C++.

Changes:
 * Compile everything with the -Wpedantic option
 * Disable some GTK-related deprecation warnings
 * Make uri_to_id() not crash when the host doesn't support the URIMap
   extension
