Er, one more. There is also the valve rectifier plugin, which should
produce some of the compression effects in amps. The time scale probably
needs changing though - I was guessing.

I think it should go between the "preamp" and "poweramp" valves. It
includes the effect caused by power supply line sag. Which is aparently
important.
