Redhat9/NTPL/SCHED_FIFO (Re: [linux-audio-dev] some interesting docs for 2.6 testers...

The person to ask would be Fernando from CCRMA, I have an RH9 lowlat
machine, and I haven't noticed any problems, but I cant run that machine
at very low latencies anyway due to soundcard suckiness.

I think I would have noticed if SCHED_FIFO was just ignored.
