I just checked and all the alsa-tools are explicitely GPL'd except
sscape_ctl which bears no licence nor author mention (probably because
it's only 250 lines of code). I believe it was written by Takashi or
Jaroslav, and that this omission could be easily corrected. Can anyone
confirm this ?
