www.koillismaa.fi has the email address info at koillismaa.fi on the front
page. Also, try postmaster at koillismaa.fi and ask them what could be done
  about the violation. It's pretty obvious to me that the
pelit.koillismaa.fi owner is a technical person in koillismaa.fi domain.
