[linux-audio-dev] SooperLooper linux users should update to liblo 0.17

Important notice for linux users of sooperlooper:

All people who built and installed SooperLooper from source
should download and install the latest liblo 0.17 (released today)
from http://plugin.org.uk/liblo/ which fixes a memory leak that 
affects slgui.  You should not need to recompile sooperlooper,
it normally links to liblo dynamically. 

This does not affect the OS X package, which was built 
using a fixed version of liblo.
