Well, I find the current mixer abstraction isn't powerful enough, and
is too complex OTOH.  It's based on the old and gothic style of
mixture between OSS and older ALSA API.

I agree with redesign of the SB-live mixer components.  Or, an
addition of "master" control and hides many things in the mixer
abstration layer.

Anyway, the further discussion about this (sblive mixer) is too
ALSA-specific, IMO.  Better to move to alsa-devel ML...
